In this project, I capture design thinking through strategy for use cases and user-friendly writing. As the sole writer on the team, I ran this project from concept to execution with the PM and designer.

Problem
When building a resume, users click through the resume builder without filling out their content.
Goals
Hypothesis
Make it clear their work is autosaved
Remind users to fill out sections they’ve left blank
This initiative originated from the Product Manager. My UX Writing skills were appreciated during the biweekly crit reviews with fellow UX Writers. I applied the constructuve feedback to my work, and my colleagues gave me kudos on running this initiative end-to-end from a writing perspective with minimal project details. It was a win and the pop-up prompts were baseline in the product. They can be viewed here
